healthy意為“健康的”，修飾名詞作定語或作表語，反義詞是unhealthy，名詞是health。如：
healthy habits 健康的習慣
an unhealthy life 不健康的生活
be/keep healthy 保持健康

(1)be good for 意為“對……有益；對……有好處”；其反義短語為be bad for，意為“對……有害；對……有壞處”。

在陽光下看書對你的眼睛有害。

你通常什么時候起床？
—I usually get up at six thirty.
我通常六點半起床。
usually為頻率副詞，意為“通�！保渌念l率副詞還有：always總是， often經常， sometimes有時候， never從不。
時間的表達
對時間的提問：What's the time？/What time is it? 幾點了？
回答可用多種方式。如：“五點鐘”可說成It's five./It's five o'clock./It's 5：00 a．m../It's 5 p．m..。
“幾點幾分”可用兩個基數詞表示，也可用past或者to表達時間。如：
6：05 six five/five past six
11：30 eleven thirty/half past eleven
2：45 two fortyfive/a quarter to three
4：55 four fiftyfive/five to five
在鐘點前用介詞at。如：
at half past six 在六點半
