試卷命題意圖、難度分析及命題后的思考
一、試卷命題意圖
本次命題遵照素質教育要求，加強考試內容與學生生活實際的聯系，重視對學生運用所學的基礎知識和技能的考查，促進學生生動、活潑、主動地學習。試卷從教材教學要求和學生的實際水平出發，重點考查學生聽力、理解、運用語言的能力。本次命題從以下方面進行考慮：
（一）、注重了基礎知識的考查。
試卷中注重體現考查學生基礎知識為主要目標的命題原則，依據本內容進行命題，但又避免教材中機械的知識，對一些學生必須掌握的基礎知識作為重點考查的內容。
（二）、加強能力的考查。
從學生聽、讀、寫能力的考察出發，增加對學生理解能力和活用語言能力的考查，提高學生運用語言的能力。如筆試部分設計的第十一題“閱讀理解”的取材方面。
（三）、體現考查的全面性。
本次命題側重用已學過的英語知識解決實際問題，既于本，又高于本，去體現素質教育的內涵。如第十二大題的作文命題就是與學生的生活息息相關的考題。
二、試題的難度分析：
（一）聽力部分。
聽力部分旨在考查學生聽音、辨音及聽力理解和快速反應能力。這部分的難度主要在第一大題第5小題中的“leg”和“let”讀音的區分；第二大題的there be的句型的掌握。
（二）、筆試部分。
筆試部分主要考查學生的語言基礎知識和基本技能，包括詞、句的正確運用和讀寫能力的考查。這部分的難度在于時態的掌握。如：第八大題的第5,7,10題。詞句的靈活運用 如：第八大題的第6,8題。及對名詞格的理解。如第八大題的第1小題。
三、命題后的思考
