Some people always look at the negative side. Who is a pessimist?

　　There was a hunter who bought a bird dog, the only one of its kind in the world that could walk on water.

　　He couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw this miracle. At the same time, he was very pleased that he could show off his new acquisition to his friends.

　　He invited a friend to go duck hunting. After sometime, they shot a few ducks and the man ordered his dog to run and fetch the birds. All day long, the dog ran on water and kept fetching the birds. The owner was expecting a comment or a compliment about this amazing dog, but never got one. As they were returning home, he asked his friend if he had noticed anything unusual about his dog. The friend replied: ”Yes, in fact, I did notice something unusual. Your dog can’t swim.”

　　有些人老是從達觀的角度看問題。而后誰才是悲觀者呢?

　　有個獵人買了一條世界上獨一可能在水上獵鳥的狗。

　　當他看到這奇觀時，他幾乎無奈信任本人的眼睛。同時，他也十分愉快自己能夠向友人們夸耀這一新的播種。

　　于是他邀請了一個朋友去打野鴨。不一會兒，他們射中了一些野鴨，獵人命令他的狗把野鴨叼回來。一終日，那條狗都不停地在水上奔忙，追捕著野鴨。主人始終等待著可以聽到朋友對這條讓人吃驚的狗作出一些夸獎，但他始終沒聽到一句。他們回家時，獵人問他的朋友，是否注意到他的狗有一些不尋找的處所。他的朋友答復道：“事實上，我確實留神到了一些不畸形的地方：你的狗不會游泳。”
